National Day of Conversation and Connection – Tea Tuesday

       TeaParty1

The 11th August saw NAPA’s (National Activities Providers Association) Day of Conversation and Connection.  Tea Tuesday - A national Care home day focuses on enjoying spending time and relaxing together with family, friends and colleagues, virtually or in person!

The bright summers day saw Keate House residents and staff enjoy a lovely tea party in the garden where family and friends joined in virtually with cups of tea, delicious cakes and a good old garden sing along that made everyone smile.

The theme of conversation and connection continued throughout the week with Keate House’s own celebrations also for National Prosecco Day where garden games and activities extended the social theme.

Staff and Residents of the home would like to take this opportunity to say a huge Thankyou to Lymm Rotary Club members who also put the fizz back into the home’s very own Keate Arms by providing a whole range of cold drinks to help re-stock the newly refurbished garden bar.
