RIP Sir Tom - Residents share their own words of wisdom and inspiration as we bid farewell to the great man

In the week that the country said their farewells to Sir Tom Moore, residents shared in the sad loss of this inspirational gentleman by reflecting on their own lives and writing their words of wisdom and good advice for us all to consider.

Sir Captain Tom Moore’s life was recently described as ‘a life of decent and unremarkable obscurity’ with his words having been widely accepted as good advice by young and old generations alike.

Keate House residents talked and discussed the wonderful life of Sir Tom – and, in honour of the great man, considered the lives they themselves have experienced and enjoyed by putting pen to paper to write their own inspiring reflections and advice for us all.

Rest in Peace Sir Tom, from all the Residents and Staff at Keate House.
