Residents welcome back familiar visitors for summer garden fun!
Along with a huge welcome for the summer sunshine, Keate house residents and staff have been absolutely delighted to welcome many familiar faces back for some well overdue fun visits, this July.
Lymm High School students gave a beautiful concert in the gardens in honor of the school’s Founders Day celebrations where they entertained residents with musical renditions to sing along to as well as modern dance displays.
In addition, the team were also very pleased to welcome Lymm’s Big Sing Choir for another enjoyable musical garden performance which everyone loved.
A seaside themed day saw inflatable palm trees, paddling pools and sand pits as well as a visit from the ice cream man - who certainly kept everyone cool with delicious ice cream tubs and cones plus lashings of raspberry sauce!
Keate House’s very own Teddy bears picnic saw residents invite their cuddly companions to the table too where they all enjoyed tea, scones and sharing memories about their favourite teddies and other childhood toys.
Last, but by no means least, a welcoming waggy tale from the lovely PAT dog Clover meant plenty of doggy licks and cuddles were in full flow also.
The residents and staff at Keate House would like to say a huge Thankyou to all the wonderful visitors who took the time to make everyone feel very special. The whole team look forward to regular visits continuing over the coming months.
