Wild West theme - 90th Birthday celebrations!

As the month of August drew to a close, residents and staff enjoyed a fun- filled time celebrating a Country and Western themed day, with a live music show and dancing in the garden from the Lujo Crows.

The event also celebrated resident Hywell’s 90th Birthday where staff and residents sang ‘Happy Birthday’ to him as well as singing along to many well- known country classics. Everyone raised a celebratory glass of moonshine to toast Hywell and everyone involved in organsing such a great day.

The Wild west theme continued throughout the week with themed games, cactus hoop toss, bow and arrow shooting plus darts and quizzes.
