Award Winners! Keate House receive ‘Excellence and Innovation in Dementia Care’

The management, staff and residents are absolutely delighted and so proud to announce that Keate House has been crowned winners of ‘Excellence and Innovation in Dementia Care’ in the 2021 Caring UK’s prestigious industry Awards.

 

Keate House staff team members attended the glittering ceremony on Thursday 2nd December where they received the award after being nominated across two categories for Regional Care Home of the Year – North, and for Excellence and Innovation in Dementia Care.

 

Care Home Manager Diane Clarkson praised and thanked the team for the fantastic achievement:

“ We are absolutely delighted that Keate House has been recognised and awarded the top prize for Dementia Care provision by Caring UK. After over 18 months of such difficulty in the Care Homes sector receiving this prestigious accolade feels more special than ever. 

 

The Clarkson family would like to express our sincerest appreciation and heartfelt thanks to the whole staff team who have been so tremendously dedicated and worked so hard is such difficult circumstances, to ensure that all our residents receive such exceptional the levels of care. Achieving this award at the end of 2021 is the true icing on the cake when we have now been able to move towards more normal times.
