A simply wonderful Christmastime!

December celebrations at Keate House got off to a flying start for a fun-filled month of love and laughter. Christmas is always a busy time in the home and this year, once again, the activities and festivities didn’t stop!
The staff worked very hard to keep everyone busy and active with a whole host of events which began with preparations of the Keate House entry for the Christmas Tree festival at St Mary’s Church.
This was swiftly followed by in-house Christingle and Carol Services, Christmas Fayre, Cinderalla staff Pantomime, as well as lots of arts and craft making in preparation for the numerous party days where games, dancing, singing and special visits from Santa were enjoyed by all.
As with all Christmas events, the festive menus took centre stage also, with the Keate House catering team doing a wonderful job in providing beautiful party meals and Christmas lunches, throughout the month.
The team were delighted to report also that the grand Christmas Raffle raised a brilliant £383, thanks to everyone who donated fantastic prizes and bought tickets.
Care Home Manager Diane Clarkson commented:
