The wonderful PAT dogs return, raising big smiles

After many months of absence from the home – residents welcomed with open arms their wonderful PAT dog friends, Clover and Daisy who have been missed so very much.
Residents and staff loved seeing their four- legged friends and having a hug and a lick from them. Both dogs are fully trained Pets as Therapy (PAT) dogs and Clover even showed off her new coat for the special occasion.
Pets As Therapy (PAT) is a national charity that enhances the health and wellbeing of thousands of people in communities across the UK. They strive to ensure that everyone, no matter their circumstances, has access to the companionship of an animal.
Keate House are delighted to welcome PAT dogs Clover and Daisy into the home with their wonderful handler Joan. We thank them for the joy they bring to so many people who miss having their own pets to care for.
